WoodEnsure offers both ready products (direct orders) and custom-made furniture.
1. Cancellation within 24 Hours
Whether it is a direct order or a custom order, if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placing it, the cancellation may be accepted. In such cases, the minimum applicable deduction (processing/design charges) may be applied and the remaining amount will be refunded.
2. Direct Orders (Ready Products)
If a direct order has already been shipped, cancellation after 24 hours of order placement will generally not be accepted.
However, if the cancellation request is approved in exceptional circumstances, 20% of the total order value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Products
For customized or made-to-order products, once materials have been procured or production has started, cancellation may still be considered but a 30% to 60% deduction may apply, depending on the stage of production and material costs.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–15 business days in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
While WoodEnsure strives to ensure a reliable and secure experience, the Website and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
WoodEnsure makes no guarantees that the Website will always function uninterrupted or error-free.

Wooden Product comes with a 3-year warranty against termite infestation on solid wood.
Solid wood may develop minor natural cracks over time, known as “checks.” Such checks are inherent characteristics of solid wood, not manufacturing defects, and do not compromise the strength, durability, or functional life of the furniture.
Our wooden furniture is designed for indoor use only. For optimal performance and longevity, it should be kept in a controlled indoor environment.
Outdoor use or exposure to sunlight, moisture, humidity, or changing weather conditions may cause damage and is not covered under warranty.
